Raghu KolliHead of Customer Centricity
Raghu is head of customer centricity at LeapFrog. He works closely with the portfolio companies to accelerate customer growth and impact. He leads CX Launchpad, which supports management teams in building differentiated customer experience and innovative digital services at portfolio companies. Also at LeapFrog, he was recently involved in launching a digital microinsurance product in Ghana, developing a pensions app in Nigeria, understanding customer insights in Kenya, mapping customer journeys and measuring customer experience for various financial services. Raghu is an innovation leader and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in design thinking, digital products and customer experience across financial services, healthcare, FMCG and TMT in Asia, Africa and Europe. He is managing partner at Nexten Growth in Singapore, an advisory firm that develops bespoke customer experience programs. Previously, he was vice-president and head of Livelabs at Kantar IMRB, where lead led customer-centric innovation projects for clients such as Philips, Samsung, PepsiCo and CGAP in India. Prior to that, he founded UX design firm Meru Research in the Netherlands, which helped KPN, Vitatron, European Patent Organisation and others develop easy-to-use business applications. He also held academic roles at Delft University of Technology (Netherlands) and Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (South Korea), teaching human-centric design and new product development. Raghu has earned a master’s degree in design from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and has trained in general management at INSEAD.
