Our Team

Catherine is the key support for London based partner, Karima Ola; and general counsel, Francis Holliday. She has over 20 years of PA experience across family offices, foundations and consultancies.

Prior to joining LeapFrog, Catherine was PA to the Founder of Movement Strategies, a niche pedestrian movement consultancy where her responsibilities extended to events and project management.

Before that she was the PA to the CEO of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women; and to the CFO of AOL UK. Catherine grew up in the Philippines, Taiwan and Norway before moving to the U.K. to complete a BA in Business Management at the University of Nottingham. She has continued studying, earning degrees in both Management Finance and Psychology.
