Our Team

Harshita is an Associate Director at LeapFrog investments, working to deliver transactions in digital financial services in Asia along with value creation initiatives for our portfolio companies.

Prior to joining LeapFrog, she worked with the private equity team of IIFL Investment Management, a leading asset management company in India, where she led deal origination and execution of early to growth stage investments across industries and value creation initiatives for the firm’s portfolio.

Previously, Harshita worked as an analyst in investment banking at IIFL, where she focused on initial public offerings and capital market transactions for companies and advised on the $800m IPO for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, the leading private sector insurance company in India.

Harshita has also held financial services roles in IIFL Wealth Management and Deloitte Haskins and Sells.

She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and is a certified Chartered Accountant.
