Monica brings a wealth of executive support experience to LeapFrog’s Climate Investment Strategy team, with a strong track record of enabling high-performing leaders in global, fast-paced environments. She plays a vital role in ensuring the team operates seamlessly as it scales high-impact climate solutions across growth markets.

Prior to joining LeapFrog, Monica supported Senior Partners at Helios Investment Partners in London, a leading private investment firm focused on Africa. In this role, she gained firsthand exposure to the complexity and dynamism of emerging markets—experience that aligns closely with LeapFrog’s impact-driven mission.

Earlier in her career, Monica held support and client-facing roles at Accenture, Finastra, and Emirates, where she developed her expertise in executive coordination and operations. Deeply committed to sustainability, she is energised by LeapFrog’s mission to deliver climate resilience and inclusive growth at scale.
