Navitha manages LeapFrog’s financial strategies, helping to build the fiscal infrastructure that allows the firm to continue to grow.

She joins LeapFrog from Herbert Smith Freehills, one of the world’s leading professional services businesses, where she managed the finance department for South Africa. Prior to this, Navitha was Financial Manager at Bowmans where she oversaw the budgeting process, management accounts, practice area reporting and profitability. Earlier, she was a Finance Manager at Standard Bank of South Africa, one of the country’s largest financial services organisations.

Navitha is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science with a Higher Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Witwatersand.
