Ali Ugradar
Reporting, Data and Operations Analyst
Ali Ugradar is a Reporting, Data and Operations Analyst at LeapFrog Investments, based in Johannesburg. In this role, Ali supports the firm’s investor relations and operations functions through data management, reporting and process improvement.
Prior to joining LeapFrog, Ali worked at Deloitte, where he focused on learning and development data, preparing reports and managing data workflows that informed organisational decision-making.
Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Philosophy from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa.
