Ario Harsanto

Investment Officer

Based in Singapore, Ario Harsanto is a key member of LeapFrog Investments’ Asia Financial Services team, where he helps drive transactions and value creation across the firm’s portfolio of high-growth companies.

Since joining LeapFrog in 2019, Ario has been instrumental in several of the firm’s flagship investments, including Softlogic Life Insurance and PasarPolis, where he continues to lead portfolio engagement and exit initiatives. He also played a pivotal role in LeapFrog’s investment into HD Bank — the firm’s first-ever investment in Vietnam. Aside from that, he also manages LeapFrog’s investment in Reliance Capital Management in Indonesia.

Prior to LeapFrog, Ario served as Vice President at TAEL Partners, a pan-ASEAN private equity firm, and earlier held investment roles focused on M&A and corporate restructuring involving leading Indonesian conglomerates.

Ario holds an LL.M. in Law & Finance from the Duisenberg School of Finance, University of Amsterdam, and a B.A. in Economics, Management and Corporate Finance (Cum Laude) from the University of Indonesia.
