Betty Weng
Senior Manager, Strategy
Betty is a Senior Strategy Manager at LeapFrog Investments, working across the Strategy Team and Office of the CEO. She serves as Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Dominic Barton. Her work focuses on firm-wide strategy, governance, and growth initiatives that advance LeapFrog’s mission of profit with purpose.
Betty brings broad strategy and operational experience across telecommunications, technology, and healthcare. She joined LeapFrog from the Strategy team at Telstra – Australia’s largest telecommunications and technology company – where she drove multi-year strategy development, operating model design, and transformation programs. Betty began her career at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, working in corporate communications and finance.
Betty holds a double degree in Commerce and Media from UNSW Sydney.
