Our Team

Betty works with the Strategy and Growth team as Strategy Manager, based out of the Sydney office.

She joined LeapFrog from the strategy team at Telstra – Australia’s largest telecommunications and technology company – where she was responsible for developing multi-year strategies, operational transformation, and operating model.

Prior to that, Betty started her career in Corporate Communications then Finance at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare.

Betty holds a double degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Media (PR and Advertising) from UNSW Sydney.
