Charna is the Manager, Recruitment at LeapFrog Investments, focusing on providing operational support for our People team.

Charna has deep professional experience in the Human Capital consulting, where she worked for two of the Big Four consultancies, growing in seniority from a Consultant, Senior Consultant to a Manager. Charna was DDI Technical Specialist of DDI’s software solutions and the manager of their Innovation Zone, where she managed activities of staff, event personnel, and clients.
