Navitha Latchman

Senior Finance Manager, Internal

 
Navitha joined LeapFrog Investments in 2018 and has over a decade of experience in financial services and professional services. She is part of the firm’s Internal Finance team, with a focus on financial strategy, planning, reporting, and operational controls. In her role, she also oversees the firm’s profitability, supporting the firm’s growth and investment objectives across multiple markets.

Before joining LeapFrog, Navitha was Finance Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where she ran the Finance department for the South African office. She previously held finance roles at Bowmans and the Standard Bank of South Africa, gaining deep expertise in management reporting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial operations.

Navitha is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science and a Higher Diploma in Accountancy from University of the Witwatersrand. She has also passed Level I of the CFA Institute Program.
