Our Team

Niyati is a member of the Impact Team at LeapFrog Investments, where she leads ESG and impact assessments for healthcare investments. Since joining in 2022, she has played a key role in refining LeapFrog’s in-house impact assessment approach for healthcare investments and engaging with LPs and industry specialists to strengthen the firm’s thought leadership in impact measurement. Her work ensures that healthcare portfolio companies deliver on their ESG and impact commitments.

Niyati brings a strong professional and academic background in environmental, social, and governance practices, having worked across the sustainability value chain—including buy-side, issuer, and ESG research roles. Prior to LeapFrog, she was with Goldfish Capital Advisors (investment advisors to GMO Singapore Pte Ltd), supporting the Emerging Markets Equity team in integrating environmental and social risks and opportunities into investment processes and advancing GMO’s firm-wide initiatives. She has also held sustainability-focused roles with YES Bank and SG Analytics.

Niyati holds a Masters degree in Environment Management from Forest Research Institute, India, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University’s Sri Venkateswara College.
