Our Team

Niyati is a member of the Impact Team at Leapfrog and manages ESG and impact assessments for healthcare investments. She has a strong professional and academic background in environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices and has worked across the ESG value chain including buy-side, issuer and ESG research agencies.

Prior to joining LeapFrog, she worked at Goldfish Capital Advisors (investment advisors to GMO Singapore Pte Ltd) where she supported the Emerging Markets Equity team in integrating ESG risks and opportunities into the investment process. She also provided support in furthering GMO’s firm-wide ESG initiatives.

Previously, she has held ESG-focused roles with YES Bank and SG Analytics. Niyati has earned her Masters degree in Environment Management from Forest Research Institute, India and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University’s Sri Venkateswara College.
