Priya is LeapFrog’s Customer Experience Lead, a key contributor to the firm’s distinctiveness in this critical practice. She has a deep track record in customer experience and digital experience and design, having worked across Africa and Asia for both healthcare and financial services enterprises.

Prior to LeapFrog, Priya worked at Zuellig Pharma building several healthtech products, where she was head of CX and Design; and at Standard Chartered, where she held leadership roles in digital banking, focused on global growth markets.
