Priya leads LeapFrog’s Customer and Digital Experience practice, helping portfolio companies across Africa and Asia unlock growth through customer insight, digital innovation, and AI adoption. Her work spans financial services, healthcare, and climate sectors, where she partners with LeapFrog companies to design products and experiences that drive both commercial and social outcomes.

With over two decades of experience, Priya has built and scaled customer-centric and digital capabilities at both global and regional levels. Before joining LeapFrog, she headed Customer Experience and Design at Zuellig Pharma, where she built several healthtech products, and helped shape digital banking and transformation across growth markets through her work in Standard Chartered’s retail banking arm and its innovation unit, SC Ventures.
