His deep expertise in governance, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance has guided clients across Asia, Africa and Middle East through complex financial and strategic transformations.

A committed advocate for sustainable and impact finance, Rajnish played an instrumental role in developing Mauritius’ Sustainable Finance sector and spearheaded the country’s inaugural Sovereign Sustainability Framework for debt issuance.

As the co-founder of Inventure, a next-generation, tech-enabled consulting and administration firm, he is redefining how financial and corporate services are delivered in emerging markets. At Leapfrog Investments, Rajnish leverages his experience and passion for connecting capital with purpose — helping to strengthen the firm’s impact investing capabilities and drive measurable social, environmental and financial outcomes.
