Sinmisola Soroye

Compliance Associate

Sinmisola is a Compliance Associate based in London, supporting investment teams on KYC processes and contributing to compliance reporting and regulatory filings.

Prior to LeapFrog, Sinmisola was a Business Integrity Officer at InfraCo Africa (part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group). In almost four years there, Sinmisola conducted due diligence checks and completed risk assessments on prospective and existing investments, collated and reviewed management policies and procedures for prospective investment companies and facilitated the anti-bribery and corruption training of both portfolio projects and internal staff members across the group.

Sinmisola holds a degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Exeter.
