Swati Mehta is a Director in LeapFrog’s Healthcare team, based in India. She brings nearly two decades of investment banking experience, with deep expertise in healthcare and consumer sectors across emerging markets having led marquee transactions.

Before joining LeapFrog, Swati held leadership roles at o3 Capital and IDFC Group and has worked at Equirus Capital, and UBS Securities. Over the course of her career, she has successfully closed 20 transactions with a cumulative deal value of approximately $2 billion, including M&A, private equity advisory, and capital markets mandates. She is known for her strategic insight, transaction rigour, and trusted relationships with promoters, CXOs, and financial sponsors.

Swati holds an MBA in Finance from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute, USA.
