Tafadzwa (Taffy) is an Investment Associate, Climate at LeapFrog Investments, based in London, where he helps drive investments that accelerate the clean energy transition in growth markets.

Before joining LeapFrog, Taffy was an Investment Banking Associate at Jefferies in London, advising on M&A transactions in the Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors. His broader experience spans private equity at Bridgepoint Group and equity research at Goldman Sachs.

Taffy holds a Master’s degree from London Business School, where he was awarded a merit scholarship and served as a student ambassador. He also earned a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
