Our Team

Ulrike is CFO at LeapFrog Investments with 25 years of experience across all operations in financial services businesses.

Prior to joining the team, she worked at South African investment manager Visio as COO, where she managed Finance, HR, Risk and Operations, following time as Private Equity CFO at African Alliance, an investment banking group operating in Africa.

Ulrike qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997 and completed her articles at Deloitte in Pretoria and Bern, Switzerland. She returned to South Africa in April 2000 and joined Brait SA as a fund accountant. In this role she gained vast experience in private equity operations, portfolio management, strategic funding options, investments, the implementation of a private equity IT system and fund structuring.
