Virginia is a Partner at LeapFrog and leads Investor Solutions globally.

Virginia has nearly two decades of private equity investor relations experience, having been instrumental in successful capital raises totalling approximately $7.5 billion. She has built long-term and trusted relationships with many of the largest and leading institutional investors in the world and has deep experience in impact investing across LeapFrog’s global growth markets.

Most recently, Virginia led Investor Relations and capital raising across the multi-billion-dollar Helios platform, focused on African private equity. Previously, she was Managing Director and Head of EMEA Distribution at Actis, covering alternative strategies across Africa, Asia and Latin America. She started her career in marketing and corporate communications before joining the Corporate Finance and Development team at NTL (now Virgin Media) on the public markets side. Virginia enjoys partnering with a wide range of institutional investors and DFIs from around the globe, understanding and solving for their allocation priorities, strategy preferences and policy needs.

Virginia holds an MPhil in Anthropology and Development from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Durham; having focused most of her studies, research and fieldwork on and in Africa.  She is passionate about delivering competitive financial returns with meaningful, genuine impact through mobilising capital into Emerging Markets.

A British citizen, Virginia currently lives in Abu Dhabi with her husband and her three children.
